Rentals & Service Contracts

Rental
If you are in the area on business and need to rent a copier, fax machine, laser jet printer or multi-function device.

  1. Black and White digital copiers 35 cpm or higher rental fees are .02 per copy or print. Delivery, installation and removal fees $140.00. Service provided includes network installation, toner and technical support when needed.
  2. Multi-function and laser jet printers fees are .015 per copy or print. Delivery, installation, P/U fees are all included at $89.00. Service provided includes network installation, toner and technical support when needed.
  3. Color laser jet printers .15 per print. Delivery, installation, P/U fees are all included at $89.00. Service provided includes network installation, toner and technical support when needed.
  4. Paper is not included, If needed we would facilitate paper supply at $7.00 per ream yield 500 sheets, 10 reams per case, 5,000 sheets per case of paper.
  5. Additional charges may be added if misused or abuse of equipment is substantial by customer.

Service Contracts
Gold Service Agreement:
  1. Includes Labor
  2. Includes Parts 
  3. Includes Toner 
  4. Rate .012 per copy or print
  5. 50,000 copy or print minimum require, one year term agreement
  6. Contract does not cover misused or abuse by user

Silver Service Agreement:

  1. Includes Labor
  2. Includes Toner
  3. Rate .01 per copy or print
  4. 50,000 copy or print minimum require, one year term agreement
  5. Contract does not cover misused or abuse by user
Rentals and Service agreements are base on amount of copies or prints and year and model of equipment. All on-site service is render in the state of Utah for copiers, multi-function devices, fax machines and laser jet printers.
