Rentals & Service Contracts
Rental If you are in the area on business and need to rent a copier,
fax machine, laser printer or multi-function device.
- Black and White digital copiers 35 cpm or higher rental fees
are .02 per copy or print. Delivery, installation and removal fees $129.00. Service provided includes network installation,
toner and technical support as needed.
- Multi-function and laser printers fees
are .015 per copy or print. Delivery, installation, P/U fees are all included at $99.00. Service provided includes network
installation, toner and technical support as needed.
- Color laser printers
.15 per print. Delivery, installation, P/U fees are all included at $99.00. Service provided includes network installation,
toner and technical support as needed.
- Paper is not included, If
needed we would facilitate paper supply at $7.00 per ream yield 500 sheets, 10 reams per case, 5,000 sheets per
case of paper.
- Additional charges may be added if misused or abuse
of equipment is substantial by customer.
- Rent To Own 2011 Program. Simple 27 months term: Initial fees are $79 delivery and installation, first and last
month rent fees are require upon delivery and installation. Free parts and labor is provided by Office Imaging Systems
to full term. Machine comes with first toner cartridge all toner thereafter must be purchased from Office
Imaging Systems to full term to validate agreement, There is no copy/print limits. Machines could also be
rented on need to used basis as indicated in section one or two. Office Imaging Systems
reserves the rights to remove machine if terms are not being met.

Includes no labor charges forrepairs or cleaning of copier/MFP stand

No limits on copy/prints
All toner supplies & parts when needed must be purchase from Office Imaging

does not cover mis-used or abuse by a frustrated operator

First and last months payment

Service Only Maintenance Agreement B
Includes no labor charges for repairs or cleaning
of laser printer/MFP desk top devices
Limits no more than 5 laser printers/ MFP devices in single contract
No limits on copy/prints
All toner supplies & parts
when needed must be purchase from Office Imaging Systems
Excludes drums, fusers, press roller cleaning blades, exterior
panels, covers, tray, cassettes, etc.
It does not cover mis-used or abuse by a frustrated operator
One year term,

Service & Supplies Maintenance Agreement
Includes no labor charges on repairs or cleaning
Includes no charges on supplies or parts cost
Propose limit on copy/prints per month are applicable, if
limit is exceeded additional charge are applicable at the end of billing cycle

Excludes paper, staples, exterior parts, such as cassettes, trays, covers, side/front operation

All maintenance
agreement requires set machine to be in good working condition prior to placing under service contract or brought to manufacturers

Office Imaging Systems service repairmen is require to evaluate
office equipment prior to placing under service contract.

Rentals and Service agreements are base on amount of
copies or prints and year and model of equipment. All on-site service is render in the state of Utah for copiers, multi-function
devices, fax machines and laser jet printers.
